2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products made to order or personalized are non-returnable.

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale unless defective.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Return Shipping: If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

  4. Refund/Exchange Process:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

    • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after we process the returned product.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

  • We will provide a full refund or send a replacement depending on your preference and product availability.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases.

5. Refunds

6. Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., different size or color):

  • Follow the standard return process.

  • Place a new order for the desired item.

  • You are responsible for return shipping of the original item; we will cover shipping for the exchanged item.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
